What are Teacher Centers?
New York State Teacher Resource and Computer Training Centers, as established by EdLaw 316, facilitate teacher-driven professional development based on local needs, research, data, and best practices by encouraging teacher leadership, facilitating growth of professional learning communities, collaborating with other professional development providers and modeling life-long learning for educators and students in order to promote increased student learning.

To provide on-going leadership, coordination and resources to integrate NYS Standards-based staff development needs of educators and those others concerned with students
